BYFC Calls International Food Tasting Gala a Success!

On Wednesday March 15th, the BYFC hosted a food tasting at the Holiday Inn in Brookline, MA. A smashing success, the BYFC has many people to thank for the many gracious donations. The event could not have been held without the help of Susan Murphy, Director of Catering at the Holiday Inn.  She donated her invaluable time, energy, and more to the BYFC over the last few months. Additionally, seven restaurants hailing from the Boston Area donated food along with a local beer brewery and two wine stores, which made the event possible! We would like to thank our two bar tenders, Scott and Cliff, for their assistance both before, during, and after the event, along with our many supportive friends and family. Lastly, we would like to mention all volunteers from Boston Trinity Academy and the attendance of three 2005 scholarship recipients and speakers Crystal, Robert, and Moriah and their teacher, Lindsay Owens.
